it was a good civic holiday today. i applied for a couple of jobs, played tennis, went for a long walk, and ate ice cream. i also slept way in because we sat out late last night having a fire at marylee's house. it's summer! so i need to take advantage of that fact.
some good things about today:
this morning i drank a giant mug of mexican coffee with cinnamon and brown sugar
i got to listen to A LOT of music while i was working on my computer
i made a great supper (with sausage, red pepper, green pepper, zucchini, and tomato, among other things - i could practically feel myself getting healthy!)
tonight i'm going to sleep downstairs where it's cool
some bad things about today:
i got called in to work tomorrow (so instead of a lazy summer day and groceries i'll have a busy day inside)
it was kind of lonely, you know?

-no accidental vasectomy with a zipper at the urinal, though it was a close call
-a good workout at the gym
-a cool email from a cute girl
my bad things about today:
-i woke up from a cool dream involving the afor mentioned cute girl and a tropical beach to find that i'm still in drumheller
-i'm still in drumheller
-i'll be in drumheller for another three weeks

-I visited some friends after work
-read a book
-and I get to sleep downstairs where it's cool
some bad things about my day
-it ended and I have to go back to work tomorrow
-I didn't get to spend any of my day with Jeremy...*sigh of anguish and despair*

The Good, The Bad, And The Sad
Some Good Things About Today:Had a swig of adrenaline @ 7:50 in the morning
Got to meet a bunch more great people in Holland
Get to fly home in a leather recliner with my feet up
Some Bad Things About Today:
It was really 5:50 Calgary time
It’s really Holland, Michigan
I might have a few to many while my feet are up, I doubt it but then I would file it under “Good Things” corporate planes are the only way to go.
Some Sad Things About Today:
When I catch up reading jR's journal I remember how cool it is to hang out with him and wish I was, ahh... I was just talking with a friend the other night and looking at the photo he took of me to get revenge for the one I took of him while visiting the U S of A... Well done jR... Well Done.
